Heaven is my home

You can do it!

I have been taking steps to move my mountains. The first step was about 3 months ago, getting off the sweets. This by far was not easy. There are days I really struggle with wanting to buy a back of candy or chocolate and devour it. It is like an addiction, such as cigarettes, alcohol, etc. Sugar can cause all kinds of sickness and even kill you.

Tuesday was the second step. I started an exercise program, Burstfit Fire. I bought the program I think early last year and worked out with it maybe 2 or 3 months and put it on the shelf. LOL

Failure is not an option. You pick yourself up and keep going. If at first, you don’t succeed-try, try again. Never give up!

You really don’t know how out of shape you are till you start working out! LOL, The first day my right knee gave me a fit and it hurt to bend or walk up and down stairs. I said, God, if you want me to continue these workouts you are going to have to heal this knee. Next morning, no pain, worked out…NO PAIN!!! Praise the Lord.

The third step is to start eating more healthier. God showed me this one through my daughter-in-law Hannah this morning and also my fourth step. Here is a link Hannah sent me for my 3rd step….

The crazy thing is, God has been showing me this for a couple of years now. I said God, you want me to eat like this, it takes money. I need some money and a lot of it. God does not have a problem with wealth unless we make it our god. There is only one God. That is our heavenly Father. We are to love and serve HIM. Put God first in our life and all other things are secondary. I tell you another thing that takes a lot of money, to go around the world to share the gospel, to help the poor, homeless, widows and orphans.

Matthew 22:37-40 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

The fourth step…to get out of my comfort zone. HE showed me a most unusual way to start off! LOL Coming soon. I will give you an update.

Dear sisters in Christ, be all you can be in Christ Jesus. God made you strong, beautiful, and smart. Whatever weaknesses you have or face, you can do it. Don’t let the enemy lie to you anymore. Do not let the naysayers make you feel like you are inferior and can not accomplish your goals, your calling. God says, “You can”! God is with you every step of the way! God will never leave you, nor forsake you! To God be the glory!!!

Begin today to start making strategies for your goals and then take baby steps to make your goals a reality. Go into prayer and ask God what to do, where to start and to help you. God answers prayers.

You are coming out of your Egypt, from slavery and imprisonment (old mindsets, hindrances, fear, broke and broken), into rich fulfillment. (Bold as a lion, brave as a bear, healed physically and mentally, wealthy, and more than a conqueror through Christ Jesus our Lord! Amen

This is your season for Promotion, Upgrade, Blessings, and Promises fulfilled! Praise the Lord!!!

Be prepared for battle! The enemy will raise his ugly head to hinder and stop you. Beware of false prophets that will lead you away from your destiny. You know what God has been showing you, stay on the path. Do not turn to the left or right, stay on the course God has planned out for you!!!

A couple of years ago I had a dream of traveling North on Highway 303 and was getting close to crossing the bridge when all of a sudden someone started firing missile’s at the bridge and made a big hole at the foot of the bridge and firing at the cars that were crossing over the bridge. Some made a turn and headed for the hole and crashed. Some barely made it across and some made it with ease. One man barely made it across and when he did, jumped out of his car and got on the pavement kissing it and saying, “Thank God I made it!” The missile is an attack from the enemy. The ones that made the turn and crashed did not make it to their destiny because they believed the lie of the enemy.

Proverbs 4:27 Don’t turn to the right or to the left; keep your feet away from evil.

I saw in a vision, ancient doors opening up and people walking in. Read Psalm 24. Praise the Lord!!!

Psalm 121 (KJV)

121 I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. 2 My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth. 3 He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber. 4 Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. 5 The Lord is thy keeper: the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand. 6 The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night. 7 The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. 8 The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.

Matthew 21:21 (KJV)

21 Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done.

I was watching a speech that Donald Trump gave the other day and he said something that resounded within my spirit. This is what he said…

You can not let the critics and the naysayers get in the way of your dreams. Adversity makes you stronger. Don’t give in, don’t back down and never stop doing what you know is right. Nothing worth doing never, ever, ever came easy. The more righteous your fight the more opposition you will face.~~~ End of the Presidents quote.

In this life, you are going to have people that will come against you. People will say hateful, untruthful, judgmental and downright mean things to and about you. But you can not let them stop you from fulfilling your God-given dreams and calling. Oh! And let us not forget the principalities in high places that come against us! We need to be fully armed with the word of God to speak against these attacks!

Ephesians 6:10-18
The Whole Armor of God
10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. 14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; 18 praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints—
Even our Lord and Savior Jesus was hated and told us through scriptures that we to would be hated because of Him. We must stand firm in our beliefs and in Christ Jesus. It is our faith that will help us overcome all these persecutions. Our faith in Jesus Christ.

We tend to lose our focus on what really matters in this life when opposition comes our way. Instead of focusing on all the negativity and problems, we need to be focusing on what our talents, calling, and who we are in Christ Jesus.

Stop thinking about what the next problem that could arise and start thinking (focusing) on what good will happen or what the next blessing God has for you.

For instance, look at Peter when he got out of the boat to walk on water to meet Jesus. When he focused on Jesus he was triumphant and then the winds started and he took his eyes off Jesus, he began to sink. When we focus on the problem and take our eyes off Jesus is when we let the bad circumstances in our life hinder us from all that God has for us. Sound familiar?

Matthew 14:22-33
Jesus Walks on the Water
22 Immediately Jesus made the disciples get into the boat and go on ahead of him to the other side, while he dismissed the crowd. 23 After he had dismissed them, he went up on a mountainside by himself to pray. Later that night, he was there alone, 24 and the boat was already a considerable distance from land, buffeted by the waves because the wind was against it. 25 Shortly before dawn Jesus went out to them, walking on the lake. 26 When the disciples saw him walking on the lake, they were terrified. “It’s a ghost,” they said, and cried out in fear. 27 But Jesus immediately said to them: “Take courage! It is I. Don’t be afraid.” 28 “Lord, if it’s you,” Peter replied, “tell me to come to you on the water.” 29 “Come,” he said. Then Peter got down out of the boat, walked on the water and came toward Jesus. 30 But when he saw the wind, he was afraid and, beginning to sink, cried out, “Lord, save me!” 31 Immediately Jesus reached out his hand and caught him. “You of little faith,” he said, “why did you doubt?” 32 And when they climbed into the boat, the wind died down. 33 Then those who were in the boat worshiped him, saying, “Truly you are the Son of God.”

Doubt, fear and little faith will cause you to be overwhelmed by your circumstances. God has put a dream inside of me, gave me spiritual gifts and a calling. I am by far not qualified for any of these positions. I am not a speaker, I do not write well, I shy away from crowds, I have insecurity issues and the list goes on. There have been people come against me, said I was cursed and said all kinds of ugly things to me. But I have not let these things set me back or stop me from moving on to what God has for me and called me to do and neither should you. I am a work in progress and that is okay. God is the author and finisher of my faith.

Here is scripture the Lord showed me some time back.
Romans 8:28-30
And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. 29 For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters. 30 And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified.

We are more than conquerors in Christ Jesus.
Romans 8:31-39
What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? 32 He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? 33 Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. 34 Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. 35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? 36 As it is written:
“For your sake we face death all day long;
we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.”
37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. 38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Hebrews 12:1-2
Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, 2 looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Some things to pray about…Questionaire:
1.) Who am I in Christ Jesus?
2.) What are some things that I need to be focusing on?
3.) What is some stinking thinking that I have and need to get rid of
and repent for?
4.) Are there any people that I need to cut out of my life?
5.) Lord, am I where you want me right now, if not show me where I
need to be.

Vision of Jesus

I wanted to share a vision I had this morning. I saw Jesus holding an open bible and HE lifted it up above His head and then the Lord started bringing it down and it turned into a sword and he brought it down and held it in front of Him.

Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

John Gill’s Commentary

Hebrews 4:12

For the word of God is quick and powerful
This is to be understood of Christ, the essential Word of God; for the Word of God was a known name of the Messiah among the Jews; (See Gill on John 1:1) and therefore the apostle makes use of it when writing to them: and the words are introduced as a reason why care should be taken, that men fall not off from the Gospel, because Christ, the author, sum, and substance of it, is the living God, omnipotent and omniscient; for not a thing, but a person is spoken of, who is a Judge, and a critical discerner of the secrets of men’s hearts: and certain it is, that this Word is spoken of as a person, and is said to be a priest in the following verses; to which may be added, that the several things said of the Word exactly agree with Christ: he is “the Word of God”; as the word is the birth of the mind, he is the only begotten of the Father; he is the Word that spoke for the elect in the council and covenant of grace, and that spoke all things out of nothing in creation; he is the Word that has been promised, and spoken of by the prophets from the beginning of the world; and is the interpreter of his Father’s mind, and our Advocate with the Father: he is

or, as it may be better rendered, “living”; he has life in himself as God, he is the living God; he is the living Redeemer and Mediator, and he lives for ever as man; he is the author and giver of life, natural, spiritual, and eternal: and he is powerful, as he appears to be in the creation and sustaining of all things; in his miracles and ministrations; in the work of man’s redemption; in the preservation of his people, and in his advocacy and intercession:

and sharper than any twoedged sword;
or “more cutting than one”, by the words of his mouth, by the power of his Spirit, and the efficacy of his grace; for his mouth itself is as a sharp sword, and out of it comes forth one, ( Isaiah 49:2 ) ( Revelation 19:13 Revelation 19:15 ) by which he pierces the hearts of men, cuts them to the quick, and lays them open. Jehovah is called a twoedged sword with the Jews F13; and Philo the Jew speaks of the flaming sword of the Logos F14.

Piercing even to the dividing asunder soul and spirit, and of the
joints and marrow;
the like property Philo the Jew ascribes to the “Logos”, or Word; he calls him (tomeuv) , “a cutter”, and says he cuts and divides all things, even all sensible things, yea, atoms, and things indivisible F15; the apostle seems here to have respect to the several names with which the soul of man is called by the Jews, (hmvnw xwr vqn) , “soul, spirit, and breath” F16; the latter of these, they say, dwells between the other two. Some by the soul understand the natural and unregenerate part in man, and by the spirit the renewed and regenerate part, which though sometimes are not so easily distinguished by men, yet they are by Christ; others think the soul designs the inferior faculties, the affections; and the spirit the superior ones, the mind and understanding; but the apostle’s meaning seems to be this, that whereas the soul and spirit are invisible, and the joints and marrow are covered and hid; so sharp and quick sighted, and so penetrating is the divine Word, that it reaches the most secret and hidden things of men: and this sense is confirmed by what follows,

and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart;
Christ knows what is in man; he is the searcher of the hearts, and the trier of the reins of the children of men; and this will be more apparent at the last day, when he will make manifest the counsels of the heart, and will critically inquire, and accurately judge of them.

Worthy of love

You are WORTHY of LOVE…

There are so many people looking for love, looking for love in all the wrong places. Have you ever heard of the song, “Looking for love”? Here are some of the lyrics…

I was lookin’ for love in all the wrong places

Lookin’ for love in too many faces

Searchin’ their eyes

Lookin’ for traces of what I’m dreaming of

Hoping to find a friend and lover

I’ll bless the day I discover

Another heart lookin’ for love ~~~

The wrong places are in other people. We look to people when we should look to Jesus Christ, whom out of HIS perfect love for us, willingly laid down HIS life on the cross for our sins.

John 3:16  For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

John 15:9 “As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love.

When we place God first in our lives and look to HIM as our all in all and know that God truly loves us, Yes, God loves us unconditionally! It does not matter what someone has done to you, said about you or to you to hurt you or make you feel unlovable, God loves you and you are worthy of LOVE!

Just like in the song lyric; I’ll bless the day I discover another heart looking for love…

That blessed day is when you find and accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and give your heart completely to HIM.

If you are single and desire to be married, God will give you the right husband or wife, a person after HIS own heart that will love you, treat you with respect, and will not tear you down, but build you up. If you are married and you feel like your marriage is sinking and there is no hope… God is the God of restoration.

Trust in the Lord. Make HIM first in your life. Let God mend the broken pieces in your life, as only HE can do.

Isaiah 61:3 To console those who mourn in Zion,
To give them beauty for ashes,
The oil of joy for mourning,
The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness;
That they may be called trees of righteousness,
The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.”

When you know your identity in Christ, then you will begin to see your self-worth.

Some scriptures to meditate on…

2 Corinthians 5:17  – Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.

1 Peter 2:9  – But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.

Galatians 2:20  – I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

John 15:15  – No longer do I call you servants, for the servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all that I have heard from my Father I have made known to you.

John 1:12 – But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God.

Ephesians 2:10 – For we are God’s masterpiece, created to do good works which God prepared in advance for us to do.

Ephesians 4:24 – And to put on the new self, created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness.

Expressions of HIS love.

God’s Everlasting Love

31 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? 32 He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? 33 Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies. 34 Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us. 35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36 As it is written:

“For Your sake we are killed all day long;
We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.”

37 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. 38 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, 39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Worthy of love, By Katherine Dubose

Christmas without Christ is no Christmas at all

Every year for the past three years I get someone telling me that Christmas is a pagan holiday and that I was in sin for celebrating it.
I would pray and ask God if it is a sin I do not want any part of it and to show me if I am in sin for celebrating Christmas.

One thing the Lord showed me was that some miss the whole meaning of Christmas. We are not only to celebrate HIS birth but HIS life, death, and resurrection. Jesus is alive and well and sits on the right hand of the Father.

Mark 16:19 So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.

In a vision, I saw a man dressed in a white robe and in HIS hands came light shining forth. It looked like a light spectrum. All different kinds of colors like a rainbow and then I saw a multitude of people all dressed in white robes heading in the same direction going up into heaven. The man is Jesus and HE is the light of the world. The colors of the rainbow are HIS promise that HE is coming back. Jesus is coming back and those that know HIM, that have accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior, HE is coming back for you and you will go up to heaven and be with HIM for all eternity. Salvation is the gift of God. Ephesians 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

On Sunday afternoon my dad and I were driving home, we drove across the Darien bridge on Hwy 17 and I looked up and saw a light spectrum in the clouds. I love how God confirms HIS word to me and shows me that I am on the right path HE has me on. To God be the glory! Another interesting fact, the meaning of the name Darien is “gift”. The number 17 is “Victory, The perfection of spiritual order, and Walk with God”.

When we celebrate Christmas we are to show people the love of Jesus Christ, why HE came to earth to be born of the virgin Mary, HIS life, death, and resurrection. That there is hope and that through Jesus Christ we can be forgiven of our sins, we can come to the Father through Jesus and that when we pass from this life we have an eternal home in Heaven.

Isaiah 9:6-7 (KJV)
6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
7 Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.

Matthew 1:18-25 Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost. 19Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make her a public example, was minded to put her away privily. 20 But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.
21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name Jesus: for he shall save his people from their sins. 22 Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, 23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us. 24 Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the angel of the Lord had bidden him, and took unto him his wife: 25 And knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son: and he called his name Jesus.

John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

The Lord showed me the difference between how Christians celebrate Christmas and how pagans celebrate. Christians celebrate the birth of Christ. The True Worshippers of God. The pagans worship an idol they made from a tree and then sacrifice their children. Harlotry and full of abominations. This is two different celebratory actions. The first one being a Christian that God approves of. The second being an abomination.

Then I said Lord you know even after all this they will quote these scriptures. The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? (Jeremiah 17:9) ~~~ There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death. (Proverbs 14:12)

I asked the Lord about it and this is the vision the Lord gave me…
I saw a room with a beautiful Christmas tree and a little girl with long hair and in her pajama’s came walking in and sat at a student desk that was nex to the Christmas tree.
What I am hearing about the vision is that the little girl is a symbol of coming to Christ with child like faith, resting, trusting in the Lord. The student desk is a person with a humble teachable spirit. God can not use someone that thinks they know more than HIM. They are the Pharisees and Sadducees in Jesus times that HE had to constantly rebuke. The heart being deceitfully wicked, who can know it? God searches the heart. HE is the one that fully knows your heart and your intentions. God also looks at our fruit. Are we bearing good or bad fruit?

Romans 8:27 And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

Jeremiah 17:9-10 (KJV)
9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? 10 I the Lord search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.

Colossians 1:10 That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;

Galatians 5:22-26 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. 24 And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. 26 Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.
The next vision the Lord gave me I saw the color red and Jesus on the cross, then I heard Repent you self-righteous hypocrites.

Matthew 23:23-24 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone. 24 Ye blind guides, which strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel.

Why did Jesus come?
John 3:17
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

John 1:1-36
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. 6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. 7 The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe. 8 He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. 9 That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. 10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. 11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not. 12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: 13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. 14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. 15 John bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me. 16 And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace. 17 For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. 18 No man hath seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him. 19 And this is the record of John, when the Jews sent priests and Levites from Jerusalem to ask him, Who art thou? 20 And he confessed, and denied not; but confessed, I am not the Christ. 21 And they asked him, What then? Art thou Elias? And he saith, I am not. Art thou that prophet? And he answered, No. 22 Then said they unto him, Who art thou? that we may give an answer to them that sent us. What sayest thou of thyself? 23 He said, I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness, Make straight the way of the Lord, as said the prophet Esaias. 24 And they which were sent were of the Pharisees.
25 And they asked him, and said unto him, Why baptizest thou then, if thou be not that Christ, nor Elias, neither that prophet? 26 John answered them, saying, I baptize with water: but there standeth one among you, whom ye know not; 27 He it is, who coming after me is preferred before me, whose shoe’s latchet I am not worthy to unloose.
28 These things were done in Bethabara beyond Jordan, where John was baptizing. 29 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.
30 This is he of whom I said, After me cometh a man which is preferred before me: for he was before me. 31 And I knew him not: but that he should be made manifest to Israel, therefore am I come baptizing with water. 32 And John bare record, saying, I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and it abode upon him. 33 And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizeth with the Holy Ghost. 34 And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of God. 35 Again the next day after John stood, and two of his disciples; 36 And looking upon Jesus as he walked, he saith, Behold the Lamb of God!

If you do not know Jesus as your Lord and Savior and would like to accept HIM today to be the Lord and Savior of your life say this prayer…

Dear God in heaven, I come to you in the name of Jesus. I acknowledge to You that I am a sinner, and I am sorry for my sins and the life that I have lived; I need your forgiveness. I believe that your only begotten Son Jesus Christ shed His precious blood on the cross at Calvary and died for my sins, and I am now willing to turn from my sin. You said in Your Holy Word, Romans 10:9 that if we confess the Lord our God and believe in our hearts that God raised Jesus from the dead, we shall be saved. Right now I confess Jesus as the Lord of my soul. With my heart, I believe that God raised Jesus from the dead. This very moment I accept Jesus Christ as my own personal Savior and according to His Word, right now I am saved. Thank you Jesus for your unlimited grace which has saved me from my sins. I thank you Jesus that your grace never leads to license, but rather it always leads to repentance. Therefore Lord Jesus transform my life so that I may bring glory and honor to you alone and not to myself. Thank you Jesus for dying for me and giving me eternal life. AMEN.

Note: I know that many will disagree with this and I am not trying to get anyone that has already settled in their mind not to celebrate Christmas to start. I am just presenting what the Lord has shown me and therefore any hateful and condemning comments will be removed. This is the one reason so many non-believers reject Jesus, because of the hateful, condemning, judgemental and self-righteous Christians out there. God has given us a huge responsibility and we are to be the light of the world and bear good fruit and good works.

Matthew 5:14-16
14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. 15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. 16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Prayer works

Isaiah 65 24

What a great promise from our Heavenly Father.

Trust in the Lord Jesus Christ in all things. I know that we are seeing some perilous times right now and there seems to be evil running rampant everywhere.  We as the body of Christ need to come together and pray for one another, pray for the nations, pray for Christians that are being persecuted.

Would you take time right now, just put everything aside and take a few minutes to pray?

Colossians 4:2  Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving;

Romans 12:12 Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer

Who is Jesus?

Jesus Christ…. King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

Isaiah 7:14 Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel.

Matthew 1:23 “Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel,” which is translated, “God with us.”

Matthew 1:18-25

Christ Born of Mary

18 Now the birth of Jesus Christ was as follows: After His mother Mary was betrothed to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Spirit. 19 Then Joseph her husband, being a just man,and not wanting to make her a public example, was minded to put her away secretly. 20 But while he thought about these things, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, “Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take to you Mary your wife, for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit. 21 And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.” 22 So all this was done that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying: 23 “Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel,” which is translated, “God with us.” 24 Then Joseph, being aroused from sleep, did as the angel of the Lord commanded him and took to him his wife, 25 and did not know her till she had brought forth her firstborn Son. And he called His name Jesus.

Revelation 19:16 He has a name written on his robe and on his thigh: King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

Jesus came to bare our sins upon the cross. Not only do we receive forgiveness of our sins when we come to repentance, but our healing too.

1 John 2:2 And He Himself is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the whole world.

Isaiah 53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
Jesus came to seek and save the lost…..
Luke 19:10 for the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost.”
Matthew 18:10-14
10 “Take heed that you do not despise one of these little ones, for I say to you that in heaven their angels always see the face of My Father who is in heaven. 11 For the Son of Man has come to save that which was lost. 12 “What do you think? If a man has a hundred sheep, and one of them goes astray, does he not leave the ninety-nine and go to the mountains to seek the one that is straying? 13 And if he should find it, assuredly, I say to you, he rejoices more over that sheep than over the ninety-nine that did not go astray. 14 Even so it is not the will of your Father who is in heaven that one of these little ones should perish.
This is love…..Thank You Jesus!!! Jesus loved us so much, even in knowing what HE was facing, still was willing to pay that price for sinners like us!!!
Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Jesus knew what HE would be facing from the foundations of the world…HE knew! And Jesus said yes, I will be the sacrificial Lamb.
John 1:1-2 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God.
John 1:29 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.
Scripture’s of the pain and sufferings Jesus went through.
Luke 22:63-65 And the men that held Jesus mocked him, and smote him. 64 And when they had blindfolded him, they struck him on the face, and asked him, saying, Prophesy, who is it that smote thee?65 And many other things blasphemously spake they against him.
Isaiah 50:6 I gave My back to those who struck Me, And My cheeks to those who plucked out the beard; I did not hide My face from shame and spitting.
Isaiah 52:14 Just as many were astonished at you, So His visage was marred more than any man, And His form more than the sons of men;
Isaiah 53:3 He is despised and rejected by men, A Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief. And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him; He was despised, and we did not esteem Him.
Psalm 22:14-18 I am poured out like water, And all My bones are out of joint; My heart is like wax; It has melted within Me. 15 My strength is dried up like a potsherd, And My tongue clings to My jaws; You have brought Me to the dust of death. 16 For dogs have surrounded Me; The congregation of the wicked has enclosed Me. They pierced My hands and My feet; 17 I can count all My bones. They look and stare at Me. 18 They divide My garments among them, And for My clothing they cast lots.

Matthew 27:35 And they crucified him, and parted his garments, casting lots: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, They parted my garments among them, and upon my vesture did they cast lots.
Jesus died so that we could have forgiveness of our sins, an eternal home in heaven and that only through HIM we can have access to the Father.
Ephesians 2:18 For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.
Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.

John 14:6  Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
Jesus is the only way to heaven. Why would HE have to suffer and die on the cross for our sins if there were more than one way to heaven? There would be no need for a savior if that were the case.
We give God all glory, honor and praise that HE made a way for us to have remission of our sins and an eternal home in heaven.
Jesus whole life when HE walked this earth was an example of HIS agape love. HE forgave sinners, He healed the sick, opened blind eyes, made the lame to walk, rose the dead, Jesus loved those that most people would never ever even think to hang out with or even give a second thought or care where they would spend their eternal home.
Matthew 9:35 And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people.
Jesus is our example….Our life should reflect Jesus in everything we do and say.
1 Peter 2:21-25 For to this you were called, because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that you should follow His steps:
22 “Who committed no sin,
Nor was deceit found in His mouth”;
23 who, when He was reviled, did not revile in return; when He suffered, He did not threaten, but committed Himself to Him who judges righteously; 24 who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness—by whose stripes you were healed. 25 For you were like sheep going astray, but have now returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls.

Questions to ponder…
1.) Can we fully understand the debt Jesus paid for us?
2.) How many of you would be willing to be beaten upon unrecognition, spit upon and ridiculed, hung on a cross for a murderer, child molester, a prostitute, drunkard, liar, etc….?
3.) By what you read about Jesus, what can you conclude about HIs life and love for you?
4.)What does love look like?
5.) As a christian and knowing what Jesus went through for you, Is there anything in your life that you need to change or do?
6.) After reading this teaching, what can learn form it?

1 John 2:2 And He Himself is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the whole world.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
The sinners prayer:
He suffered and died for you and me, will you give yourself completely over to Him to love, to serve, and to obey. Giving up the worldly and turning your life to the Godly things following Christ making Him your LORD and Savior for evermore. If so then pray this ….
Pray out loud confessing your sin’s before God… LORD forgive me a sinner for I believe that Jesus took on Himself the sin of the world, the perfect Lamb of God sinless before God and Man, so that my sins can be forgiven, He took my place and died for me on Calvary’s cross that by confession of my sin and turning my life unto Him I might be born again a child of God forever more turning from the darkness and unto the light, Lord Jesus I now confess You as LORD and Savior for evermore by faith believing turning my life over to You to follow You for evermore Amen…your now born again…Amen A child of God…
Ephesians 2:1-10

By Grace Through Faith
And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins, 2 in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience, 3 among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the others. 4 But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, 5 even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), 6 and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, 7 that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. 8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9 not of works, lest anyone should boast. 10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.
Jesus is the good news (Gospel)! And HE is coming back!

Revelation 1:7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him

Key words to live by…

1.)Pray…. 1 Thessalonisans 5:16-18  Rejoice always, 17 pray without ceasing, 18 in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

Ephesians 6:11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

2.) Repent… 1 John 1:8-10  If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.

3.) Love…. Luke 6:31-35 And just as you want men to do to you, you also do to them likewise.32 “But if you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners love those who love them. 33 And if you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same. 34 And if you lend to those from whom you hope to receive back, what credit is that to you? For even sinners lend to sinners to receive as much back. 35 But love your enemies, do good, and lend, hoping for nothing in return; and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High. For He is kind to the unthankful and evil.

4.) Forgive… Ephesians 4:32 And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.

Read your bible… 2 Timothy 2:15 Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman who needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Isaiah 55:5

I took this photo at a wild life refuge on Friday Feb. 12, 2016.  I prayed and asked the Lord for a scripture to put with it and I heard the Lord say Isaiah 55:5.  God bless you. This will be a year of much fulfillment in all God has for you. Trust in the LORD!
